Lorenzo Alberton is a highly experienced Engineering Manager and Software Engineer, a long-time contributor to many PHP and Go open source projects and an international conference speaker. His professional interests include scalable architectures design, database design, operational monitoring, algorithms, data structures, natural language processing, machine learning.

Lorenzo has been working with large enterprise UK companies for the past 10 years and is currently Chief Technology Officer at DataSift, where he's helping a highly talented team processing hundreds of thousands of messages per second at Facebook, Linkedin and other partners.
